DumpIt app for iPhone and iPad

DumpIt app is designed for use with the DumpIt units version 2 >. This app will not work with version 1 of DumpIt units.

Compatible with IPhone 4s (IOS 9.2 >) and up.

Using Bluetooth to connect to the DumpIt unit this app allows greater control, enabling the user to individually release pressure from each strut, front axle only, rear axle only or all at once.

The DumpIt unit reads battery voltage, Bluetooth signal strength and valve status and displays them on the app. If a valve is short or open circuit the user will be displayed a valve fault warning. The app will also warn the user if the vehicle voltage is low or too high and prevent the valves from being operated.

By downloading and using this app together with your DumpIt unit you agree that you have read and fully understand the warnings and disclaimer stated in the DumpIt unit user manual.

To use the app,
After installation, turn on the vehicle ignition, open the app and press "Scan" this will display the list of DumpIt units found, select Your DumpIt unit. At this point if you have not previously paired the unit with your device you will be asked for the pin code you gave your DumpIt unit during the setup and configuration.

Once connected the app will display "Connected" and the DumpIt unit BT LED will be illuminated. NOTE: While the bluetooth is connected the RF remote supplied with the DumpIt unit will not work.

To operate double tap on "GUARD", the valve control buttons will now be visible.

To lock the system tap the "GUARD" button again. this will hide the valve control buttons and prevent accidental operation. if no valves have been operated within 60 seconds the DumpIt unit will automatically lock the controls again.

If the app at any point gets put into the background the Bluetooth will automatically disconnect from the DumpIt unit and will not automatically reconnect, this is done as a safety feature.
